EBL Disability Services - Respite Care for South Australian Families

EBL Disability Services Inc. (formerly Elizabeth Bowey Lodge Inc.) provide respite services to allow families and/or carers to take a break whilst qualified workers provide the support needed. Respite gives families the chance to have a break from the work involved in full time care. Children and adults with an intellectual disability have the opportunity to meet people and share new experiences in a different setting.

We provide respite for people with an intellectual disability or multiple disabilities with a variety of respite options. We provide additional in-home support and offer recreational activities, outings and camps.

Who is eligible for respite?
If you are the parent/carer of a person with an intellectual disability, living in the north or northeast IDSC regions and are registered with Disability SA, Northern Adelaide Region, you may wish to contact your Service Co-ordinator to complete a referral.
